Morning: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Evening: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Etobicoke and Oakville only.)

Please be available within your time slot. Your courier will text/call upon arrival.

Include a special delivery note if you wish.

Eg. "Please deliver for 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Use the side door."
Our couriers optimize their routes to maximize efficiency, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Full ordering instructions and regulations

  1. To become a member, you must provide a valid government issued photo ID upon registration. Towards the end of the registration form, you will notice that there’s an account verification section in which you must choose one of the following options: Upload your photo(s) or manually text it to Chronic Haze for approval.
  2. We require both a piece of photo ID and a selfie of yourself holding it.
  3.  Select how you would like to be notified once your account has been verified: email, text, or both.
  4.  After registration, wait for your account to be approved which may take up to 24 hours.

Browse through our menu and select your desired items by adding it to your cart.
For security purposes, we have the rights to limit a customer’s order if deemed so.

      1. Upon checkout, please choose a date along with the specified delivery time slot that works best for you.
      2. Leave special delivery instructions if needed.
      3. All payments will be cash on delivery. Your courier will provide change if necessary. We look to accept other methods of payment in the near future.
  1. At the moment, cash on delivery is our only method of payment.
  2. All of our couriers will carry change.
  3. We will notify you via call/text prior to delivery, and once we’ve arrived.
  4. We will do our best to accommodate your special delivery request as mentioned in ‘Ordering Process’.
  5. Maximum wait time will be set at 10 minutes. After the time has expired, your courier will resume their route to ensure all deliveries are made within the time slot.
  6. If you happen to miss your delivery, you may reschedule for the next available time slot and/or another day.
  1. Every $1.00 spent, you will receive 1 point upon order completion.
    Eg. $200.00 = 200 points.
  2. You may redeem points upon checkout (250 points = $5.00)!
    Eg. If you have a balance of 250 points in your account and have a $100.00 cart order, you may redeem your points and in this case, your new total would be $95.00.
  3. All points you’ve redeemed, will be subtracted once the order is placed.
  4. If you wish to cancel your order and retain the points, you must contact us to so that we can process it back to your account balance. Failure to do so will result in loss of points.
  5. Your points will be rewarded once we’ve marked the order as completed on our end. This may take up to 24 hours after receiving your payment.
  6. Milestones are given automatically upon completion of accumulating 2500 points – Big Spender and/or making 10 Orders. These milestones are reoccurring point bonuses.
