Do I have to Register?

Yes, our services are strictly for our members.

Registering is required for verifying your age, identity and where it should be delivered to. You must be 19+ years of age. 

After becoming a member, there will be no need to show your ID to receive your order since you’re already in our system.

If I place an order right now, when will I get it?
Local Orders:

Your order will be dispatched accordingly to our time slots which will vary depending on the time slot you’ve selected.

11:00AM – 2:00PM E.T
2:00PM – 5:00PM E.T
6:00PM – 9:00PM E.T
9:00PM – 12:00AM E.T

We will send you a text with an estimated 30 minute ETA window at the beginning of the time slot.

For example, you selected our 6PM – 9PM time slot. Your eta text will say “7:15 pm – 7:45 pm.”

We will arrive accordingly to the ETA text. Please be ready for our courier’s maximum wait time is 5 minutes.

You will also receive another text when your courier is on the way.

They will text or call you upon arrival.

Mail Orders:

All mail orders placed will be shipped ASAP after payment has been received. Payment received before 2:00PM E.T will be shipped within the same day. All payments sent and received after will be shipped the next following day.

Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. We will create the shipping label for tracking purposes but will drop it off to the post office on Monday. For reasons, why do not wish to have your package held at the post office over the weekend.

Do you deliver to ......?

As of right now, we only service Brampton, Mississauga and Etobicoke (not Toronto). 

We kindly ask all new members who are not within our serviced zones to meet at an address anywhere within the service zones. We currently have members from Oakville, Milton, Caledon, York, Woodbridge, Toronto and Scarborough that meets us within the delivery zones.

Alternatively, we can also ship your order via CanadaPost. Please note that there’s a flat rate of $15 for mail orders. All orders over $200 is legible for free shipping/delivery.

Do you only accept cash?

At the moment, we only accept cash upon delivery. For mail orders, we accept EMT payments.

  • Registration will be manually approved during business hours from 11:00AM – 9:00PM ET.

I’ve just registered, how come I am unable to sign in?

All new members must be manually approved by us. This process should not take more than up to 24 hours to complete.

Do I have to submit a selfie and ID?

Yes, it is a standard procedure for most business on weedmaps that you send an ID with a selfie. This is for us to verify your age and the person receiving the package. Your info will not be shared.

Do I have to register?

Yes, our services are strictly for our members.

No, your information will not be shared. 

Can I use my health card as an ID?

Unfortunately health cards are not accepted as an government issue identification from us. We would require a driver license, passport and or photo card.

My order is incorrect, I've received the wrong/missing item.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please notify our team right away if your order was incorrect or missing an item.

We will correct your order and deliver it for the next  available time slot.

Do you take Email Money Transfer? (EMT)

For our local deliveries within Ontario, Canada, it is cash only. Our courier will provide change if required.

For all Canada-wide shipping we accept EMT payments.

Can I cancel or change my order after I placed it?

Yes of course! Just text, call and or email us your invoice number and we’ll gladly cancel and or make any additional changes for you.

Can I use my coupon with my points?

Unfortunately, all points, coupons and on-going promotions cannot be combined.

First time here, is there a limit I can order?

Yes, there’s a limit to 1 or 2 ounces depending on the size of the order. Large orders for new customers will be required to provide a second piece of ID and delivery can only be made to the address specified on the ID.

Health card is not an acceptable form of ID.

Curbside Pickup

  • Our curbside courier will not provide change! Please provide exact change!

  • No Delivery fee! Free for curbside pickup orders!

Does the courier carry change?

No, your courier will not provide you with change. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What pickup time slots are available?
  • Time slots for same day curbside pickup:
    • 12:00 PM
    • 1:30 PM
    • 3:00 PM
    • 3:30 PM
    • 6:15 PM
    • 7:30 PM
    • 9:15 PM

Please note that the maximum wait time is 15 minutes!

How long is the wait time?

Our courier’s maximum wait time is 15 minutes! We recommend our members to be early.

Where do I come pick it up?

After you complete your order, the instructions for the pickup location will be specified.

You will also receive email instruction and text notifications as well.

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

We will always be ready for your selected time. You will receive an automated text when your order is ready for pickup. Our courier will also contact you to confirm that you’re at the specified location.

Will your pickup address change?

Yes, our pickup location will change here and there. Please read the pickup instructions carefully for the most updated pickup location.

Im late/early for my pickup, now what?

We recommend all members to meet with our courier at the requested time frame.

Unfortunately we cannot meet early or stay long.

  • Vehicle and vehicle windows transactions are prohibited.

Does the courier carry change?

Yes, your courier will provide you with change if necessary.

When can you deliver and what are the delivery fees?

    • Evening: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    • Night: 9: 00 PM – 12:00 AM

Can I request a specific time?

Yes, you may request a specific time range, but not an exact time. Our couriers optimize their routes to maximize efficiency.

You may request a time range on your special delivery notes if you wish. Here are some examples below:

Eg. “Please deliver between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.”

Eg. “Deliver anytime after 12:00 PM.”

You cannot request an exact time. Example below:

Eg. “Deliver for 11:00 AM.”

We cannot always guarantee your preferred delivery time, but will do our best to fulfill your request.

I missed my delivery. What now?

If you happen to miss your delivery, you can contact us to arrange for the next available time slot. 

I am now running late. How long will my courier wait for me?

In most cases, your courier will wait for only 10 minutes upon arrival. But if you get in contact with us prior; we will absolutely do our best to accommodate your request.

Would I be able to track my order?

For our driver’s safety, we do not provide live tracking. However, we do provide automated text eta to inform you that your delivery is on the way.

Members will receive a 30 minute text eta at the beginning of each time slot.
Members will receive an automated text when the courier is roughly 15 minutes away.

Canada-wide Shipping

Would I receive a tracking with my order?

Yes, you will receive a Canadapost tracking order in your order confirmation email. Members will also be opt into our SMS delivery updates so that you would be informed all the way.

Which payments do you accept?

Unfortunately, we only accept EMT payments for online orders.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders received before 2PM E.T, will be shipped same day. All orders after will be shipped the next following day.

Canadapost ships only during the weekday. All orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped on Monday.


For security reason, we do not leave your package over the weekend at Canadapost.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Shipping varies per location. Typically 2-5 days.

Is your shipping discreet?

Yes, our shipping is discreet and smell proof. We enclose our products in bubble mailers.

Does my package deliver to my door?

Yes, the package will be dropped off at your door unless missed.

Please double check your community mailbox or post office in case you’ve missed your delivery.

We implemented SMS delivery updates to inform you every step of the way.

Do I need to show ID upon delivery?

No ID will be required for accepting the package.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, it will be shipped as a standard parcel. Anyone home will be able to receive the package.

I don't like what I received, can I return?

Unfortunately all sales are final. We can exchange your product with another item given that the difference and delivery fee is paid and that the item is in it’s original condition.

Your exchange order will be delivered for our next available time slot.

Optionally, we can also credit your account with points equivalent to the amount spend.

Can I exchange for something else?

Yes, you can exchange for another item as long as you pay the difference (if required) and the delivery fee. Item must be in it’s original condition.

  • Same-Day Delivery fee $10.00
  • Next-Day Delivery fee $5.00

Your exchange order will be delivered for our next available time slot.

Item arrived defective or broken. Can I get a new one?

Absolutely! If your product arrives defective or get’s defective. You may contact us and receive a replacement – free delivery. This would require us to exchange your old one for the new replacement. All defective  Alternatively, we can also refund your money in points.

Does the bulk flower discount apply to my whole order?
Love our flowers? Looking to save some $$$ while being able to mix and match?
We offer Bulk Flower Discount which only applies to flower items. If you have non-flower items in your cart, the discount will only apply to flower items.
 
Our Bulk Flower Pricing are as follows: 
 
Tier 1 @ 15% off : $550-$749
Tier 2 @ 20% off : $750-$999
Tier 3 @ 25% off : $1000-$1249
Tier 4 @ 30% off : $1250+
 
Bulk discount will automatically apply to your cart once your cart total reaches the specified tier amount. Bulk flower discount cannot be combined with other points and coupons. 
 
If you enters points or coupons, the coupon or points would override the Bulk Flower Discount. If you decide to remove the coupon, flower discount will automatically reapply. 
10% off all orders, how does this work?

We have a standard promotion for all our members. Members who spends over $300 will receive 10% off their entire cart. This will appear as a coupon during checkout and you would have to click on the coupon to apply the discount.

In the event you don’t see the coupon, the code is : 10POFF300

You can type this code into the coupon area to apply the 10% discount.
Coupon code cannot be combined with other codes or chronic haze points. Coupon only applies to regular priced items – chronic combo are excluded. 

The 10% off your entire cart applies to every category. Whereas the Bulk Flower Discount only applies to the flower category. Please view the question above in regards to Bulk Flower Discount for more information about Bulk Flower Discount.

Can I use my points/coupons on Chronic Combos?

Unfortunately you’re unable to combine points and coupons on any Chronic Combos. Points and coupons will not affect it.

However, it does not mean you’re unable to use your points.

Example: If you have 2 items in your cart, Chronic Combo & 1oz of cannabis, your points/coupon will only discount the cannabis – not the Chronic Combo.

Example 2: If you only have a Chronic Combo in your cart and you’ve applied your points, your points will not affect or discount the combo which would result in lost of points. Please contact us for points reimbursement if you’ve accidentially apply it to a Chronic Combo.

My points/coupon discount didn't apply to sale items?

Unfortunately you’re unable to combine points and coupons on any Chronic Combos or sale items. Only regular priced items. 

However, it does not mean you’re unable to use your points/coupon.

Example: If you have 2 items in your cart, Chronic Combo & 1oz of cannabis, your points/coupon will only discount the cannabis – not the Chronic Combo.

Example 2: If you only have a Chronic Combo in your cart and you’ve applied your points, your points will not affect or discount the combo which would result in lost of points. Please contact us for points reimbursement if you’ve accidentally apply it to a Chronic Combo.

Can I redeem my points and use my coupons?

Unfortunately points, coupons and on-going promotions cannot be combined.

 

Is there different ways to earn more points?

Yes, you can earn more points by reaching our milestones and referring a friend.

  • High 5 : For every 5 orders, earn 250 points ($5 value)!
  • 1k Get-A-Way : For every $1,000 spent, earn 1000 points ($20 value)!

These milestones are on-going and can be earned repeatedly.

Additionally, you can earn 500 points by referring a friend – 500 points for you and your friend ($10 value)!

Upon checkout, have them enter your name and email, and we’ll manually add the points to your account. Please keep in mind, this is only for your friend’s first time order.

My friend referred me but we both haven't received the points.

Give us to the end of the day to add the points to both of your accounts. However, if you still haven’t received the points. Let us know and we’ll have that done for you!

Does my point expire?

Your Chronic Haze points does not expire. Rest assured it’ll last forever.

What is your payment options?

We currently only accept cash upon arrival for local deliveries. Our courier will provide change if necessary.

Otherwise, we accept EMT (email money transfer) for all mail orders.

Can I EMT you for a local delivery or curbside pickup?

Unfortunately, we can only accept cash for all local deliveries.
