Registering is required for verifying your age and identity. You must be 19+ years of age.
All new members must be approved by us. This process should not take more than up to 24 hours to complete.

Yes, your courier will provide you with change if necessary.
Your courier will contact you prior to delivery. Please be available within your chosen time slot.
Yes, you may request a specific time range, but not an exact time. Our couriers optimize their routes to maximize efficiency.
You may request a time range on your special delivery notes if you wish. Here are some examples below:
Eg. “Please deliver between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.”
Eg. “Deliver anytime after 12:00 PM.”
You cannot request an exact time. Example below:
Eg. “Deliver for 11:00 AM.”
We cannot always guarantee your preferred delivery time, but will do our best to fulfill your request.
At the moment, cash on delivery is our only method of payment.
Yes, your courier will call/text upon arrival.
Please notify our team right away if your order was incorrect.
If you happen to miss your delivery, you can contact us to arrange for the next available time slot.
In most cases, your courier will wait for only 10 minutes upon arrival. But if you get in contact with us prior; we will absolutely do our best to accommodate your request.
You can view yours points in your account settings.
Click your username on the top right of the menu bar.
Hover your cursor over to Chronic Haze Points and you’ll be able see your total points along with your purchase history.
Your points will be rewarded to your account once we’ve marked your order as completed on our end.
You will receive your points by the end of the day.
We have a policy where a minimum purchase of $60.00 (excluding delivery fees) must be met in order to check out. Until you’ve met the minimum requirement, you then will be able to see your balance.
